Yes. The review checks your existing documentation — fabrication data, BOM with approved alternates, assembly drawings, test procedures — and lists what is missing before a first build on the new facility is planned as an NPI-style run.
How are engineering changes handled mid-stream?
Changes are documented, approved by you, and released as a new revision with an agreed effectivity. Work in progress is completed to the current revision unless you direct otherwise.
Can you hold inventory or build to a forecast?
Stocking and forecast-based purchasing can be arranged per project and are documented, including how liability for purchased material is handled.
