The terms that govern use of this website and the submission of quote requests and manufacturing files to Atherton Forge.

1. Acceptance
These terms are between you and North Brookville LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Atherton Forge (“Atherton Forge,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about our services, read our guides, and submit inquiries and quote requests. You may not use it to submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to interfere with its operation, or to collect information about other users.
3. Quotes and orders
Information on this website, including capability descriptions and guides, is general and does not constitute an offer. Quotes are prepared for a specific project after file review and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A quote becomes a binding order only upon your written acceptance or purchase order and our written confirmation. Orders are governed by the quotation and any terms of sale referenced in it, which control over these terms in the event of conflict. Nothing is purchased or manufactured on your behalf without your written approval.
4. Your files and intellectual property
You retain all rights in the designs, files, firmware, and other materials you submit. You grant us, and the facilities we select for your project, a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials solely to review, quote, and — if ordered — manufacture, test, and deliver your project. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your materials do not infringe third-party rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the materials you submit and for classifying any export-controlled technical data before submission, as described in the export-control notice. Confidential treatment of your files is described in the privacy notice.
5. Our content
The website, its text, guides, marks, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate, but capability limits, lead times, and pricing depend on the facility selected for each project and on market conditions. Capabilities and manufacturing origin are confirmed per project, in writing. Guides reflect general industry practice and are not engineering advice for your specific product.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the website and its content, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warranties applicable to manufactured goods, if any, are stated in the quotation and terms of sale for the relevant order.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, and our total liability for claims relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not apply to orders, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
